Major Of My Heart

"Desire is the key to motivation, but it's the determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek."

2008 "Get-ER-Done" Award

Committment is the key to getting it done! Setting goals and taking the steps to meet them is a quality that every rider needs to take note of. Horse Crazy 4-H Club is very fortunate to have a member like Kaila Ludwig who sets a wonderful example of what can be accomplished by setting high goals and committing oneself to achieving them through hard work - it really pays off and can bring amazing success!

By putting in hundreds of hours in the saddle riding, training, and showing her partner Major, Kaila is at the top of her class. She made a goal to be the first person picked to the Intermediate Performance State Team and did just that!!! She not only made the team but also put her stamp on the Washingon State 4-H Fair as she made the championships with Major in all her classes while finishing in the top 7 in Showmanship, top 8 in Huntseat and the top 15 in Trail. Kaila truly knows how to Get-ER-Done and therefore earns the Horse Crazy 4-H Clubs 2008 "Get-ER-Done" award!

Way to go girl!
